Saint Francis Ministries Residential facility is seeking LPNs and RNs to fill our Full Time positions as well as PRN positions. The LPN Promotes and maintains a healthful living and working environment for clients and staff. The nursing team strives to ensure that the optimal achievable quality of nursing care is available to all clients. Assists in completing initial nursing assessments on clients.

LPN responsibilities include:

• Notes any physicians orders and ensures compliance.
• Provides necessary follow up on medical aftercare. Contacts parents regarding medications and health concerns.
• Responsible for the overall health of the clients.
• Obtains lab specimens as scheduled.
• Provides immunizations as needed for clients.
• Takes and records heights and weights on a monthly basis or more often as needed.
• Instructs and documents the clients needs they have related to allergies, hygiene, medication, and health.
